Provide business and administrative support to Senior Business Support Specialist and APAC senior management team to meet corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:- Provide all-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, office equipment maintenance and liaise with external vendors
- Organize Hong Kong office staff activities like gift pack for new hires and monthly birthday parties
- Assist marketing team (and sales team) in organizing larger scale staff and customer events, and the logistic arrangement for Polar premium gifts, marketing items etc.;
- Assist in travel arrangement including flight bookings, hotel reservation, visa application for Polar APAC team.
- Coordinate with Headquarter and Accounting team to keep information on expense coding and sales expenses updated
- Bridge between IT, Senior Management and Sales and Marketing offices across the APAC region, to ensure alignment and update progress by providing business priorities, user requirements and feedback for effective deliverables from IT
- Prepare and update APAC organization chart and share it with related parties regularly
- Supervise and recruit cleaning ladies to ensure cleanliness of the HK Office
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
- Degree holder or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, friendly and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Has strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skills.
- Good bilingual written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
