A diploma or above;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Shipping Industry is preferable;
Experience in Port Agency, Commercial Operations or dealing with Port Agency matters is preferable;
A quick learner, good attention to detail, good communication skills and a good team player;

Strong in systematically organizing daily tasks and problem solving;
Good initiative to seek operational cost savings and to maximize voyage profits;
Good command of written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin skills is preferable; and
Well versed in the operation of computer software including Microsoft Excel.
To verify the Port Disbursement Accounts and negotiate terms with Agents worldwide;
To work closely with Vessel Operators;
To prepare reports on port calls to Management.
