Responsible for daily reconciliation and settlement
Follow up with Banking Partner and FX Provider on exceptional cases
Handle payment exceptions
Handle and respond to inquiries / requests from internal / external partners, customers, service providers on transaction processing and related matters
Handle ad hoc projects such as system enhancement, define user requirements, conduct user acceptance test etc.
Suspense account reconciliation and monitoring
Contribute to increased efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement of workflows and prepare operation guideline and procedure
Lead the payment team and provide guidance to the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years experiences in Payment Operation in Banking/ FI Field
In depth knowledge of local and international payment methods and settlement arrangements.
Experience in payment operations in banking industry
Thorough understanding of the functionality of the payment systems.
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a good professional relationship with external and internal contacts.
Team Management experiences preferred for Manager Post
