Job responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle customer enquiries;
- Provide administrative support to the customer services team;
- Perform sales and daily operations duties;
- Data entry and filing; and
- Required to handle ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines;
- Minimum one year’s working experience of customer service or sales administration;
- Good with numbers, logical and analytical thinking;
- Customer-focused, patient and approachable personality;
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Office; and
- Shift duty and required to work on weekends.
